Each poem must be on some social issue.

Each poem must be of the poet’s own construction;

Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

Each poet gets five minutes to perform (the first bell rings at the 4th minute, and the final at the 5th). If the poet exceeds the five minutes, points will be deducted from the total score.

The poet must not use props, costumes or musical instruments; (mobile phones are however allowed)

One participant can submit only one piece. (The first piece will be considered in any other case).

The submission of the piece must be done before the midnight of 10th February'19. 

Poem could be in Hindi or English.

The decision of the judges shall be binding and final.

There will be a shortlisting of 20 participants, each of whom is required to carry her/his confirmation mail.(in hard/soft copy)
