Rotaract Club of Young Visionaries organized an event namely, “गुणाकराय नमः ||” - Cardmaking competition. The aim of the event was to create awareness of the significance of Teachers Day among students. The role of teachers and bond of understanding between them and their perspective teachers. The event took place at MCD SCHOOL, JJ Colony, Wazirpur at 1Pm on 5th September 2018. Approximately, 120 students from class 1st, 2nd, and 3rd took part in the competition. A creative yet fun-loving workshop was headed by Rtr. Ekta Gupta and Rtr.Hashi Goyal. The students were showcased with an idea of how to make greetings. We encouraged them to make cards for their favorite teacher. We facilitated them with sketch pens, crayons, and drawing sheets. Later prizes were distributed to students who attained the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position from each class. Moreover, all students were given one notebook each as a token of appreciation.
