Keeping this in mind, Rotaract District 3011 orgainsed its cultural event, PHOENIX on 9th October 2016 at National Sports Club of India. Three competitions namely The Drop: War of Brands, Blaze: The Dance Competition, Shimmer: The Fashion Show were conducted.

RaC Young Visionaries participated in the same.
